Meet The Team

Andrew Jepson - CEO & Founder

Andrew started theFBPteam to bring a whole new set of tools and techniques to the finance community.

He has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance executive, and also as a General Manager outside of Finance.

He is responsible for designing and developing all of our learning content and developing theFBPteam across the globe.

Based in Sydney he doesn't take himself too seriously, but he takes what he does very seriously.

Robbie Jordan - Principal (APAC)

Robert (Robbie) is a senior finance executive with a broad range of experience across many industries.

As a former Finance Director he moved into Strategic and Corporate Development based roles before finding his passion in training finance teams.

Robbie is responsible for facilitating our programs and client development within the APAC region.

Based in Sydney, Robbie is originally from Ireland and holds the distinction of beating Rory McIlroy in a round of golf. Rob was 21 at the time and Rory was 10, but that's still ok we think.

Chris Ortega - Principal (North America)

Chris is senior finance executive who spent a large portion of his career in the technology sector.

After being part of the build and sale of a tech startup he now spends his time training and developing finance teams for the future.

Chris is responsible for Client development within our North America region of USA, Canada and Mexico.

Based in Indiana, Chris also runs a successful fractional CFO service so is perfectly placed to understand the issues most finance teams face on a daily basis.

Antje Langsch - Associate (Europe)

Antje is a former finance director of large corporate hospitality groups both in the UK and the Middle East

After recently returning to the UK, Antje followed her passion into executive coaching and now does this exclusively for her clients.

Antje is able to leverage her knowledge of senior finance roles across diverse cultures and operations in her coaching initiatives and is the perfect representative for our European operations.

Based in London, Antje is our lead facilitator within the Europe and Middle East region.

Eric Llorey - Associate (North America)

Eric is a senior finance exec who also spent a number of years leading operational teams.

So he knows what it takes to shift from finance to non finance.

Supporting Chris, and based in Atlanta, Eric is our lead facilitator within our North America region of USA, Canada and Mexico.

Kylie Kapeleris - Associate (APAC)

Kylie is a former senior finance executive and has followed her passion for improving others into psychology and human design.

Following a successful career in finance, Kylie scaled back her finance roles and pivoted to become a qualified psychologist.

These skillsets leave her perfectly placed as a member of thefbpteam, leveraging her vast finance knowledge with her intimate knowledge of the human mind

Based in Sydney, Kylie also runs a successful Human Design consultancy and regularly coaches high performers one on one. Kylie is our lead facilitator within the APAC region.
